Committee Structure
There are five standing committees of the Board of Trustees. These are: Development Committee, Marketing Committee, Distribution Committee, Investment Committee, and Professional Advisory Committee. This page contains brief explanations of each of the committees and a list of committee members, if applicable.
A. Development Committee
Manages, promotes and organizes all fundraising efforts of the foundation including prospect identification and cultivation.

B. Distribution Committee
Approves distributions from the various funds and accounts held by the foundation to meet requests submitted each year in accordance with published policies and procedures as established by the Board of Trustees.

1. Creates and maintains investment guidelines and policies.
2. Selects and monitors the Investment Manager(s).

Responsible for long-range planning in all areas of foundation activities.
1. Educational - Conducts seminars and educational forums for professionals and donors.
2. Technical - Provides technical assistance for creating trusts and other planned giving vehicles and transfer of assets.
3. Gift Acceptance - Advises and consents in accordance with gift accpetance policies and procedures.
